"Yeah, he cheated. He's a serial cheater. It's gross. He's a dog," said a source, adding that the model and former "Blurred Lines" music video vixen is gearing up to file for divorce. A few days later, a People magazine source added of the breakup, "They split recently. It was Em's decision. She is doing OK. She is strong and focused on her son. She loves being a mom." On July 19, E! News reported that, according to a source, Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker are "fully back together" after briefly splitting last month. "They worked out their issues and decided they want to move forward and be together. … They moved on and it's going really well. They have been spending a lot of time together recently," said the source, who also confirmed recent speculation that the NBA star "was [Kendall's] date" to a friend's wedding in Napa, California, over the weekend of July 16. (Kendall took to her Instagram Story during the wedding to share a mirror selfie showing Devin posing behind her with his hand placed on her hip, though she cropped their heads out of the shot.) The professional basketball player also joined the reality star during a recent vacation in Hawaii. Kendall took to Instagram on July 14 to share a slideshow of photos and videos from the trip including a clip showing Devin's arm and leg as he rode in the passenger seat of a convertible with her. (Fans speculated that another video shows the athlete swimming in the ocean behind the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum.) The duo started sparking reconciliation rumors in late June — less than a week after multiple media outlets reported that they'd called it quits.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck obtained a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada, on July 16 and tied the knot at Las Vegas's Little White Wedding Chapel just after midnight on July 17 — nearly two decades after they were first set to become husband and wife in September 2003. "We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient," the bride wrote in her OnTheJLo newsletter while sharing photos and videos from their super-intimate nuptials, which she described as "exactly what we wanted." She wore "a dress from an old movie," she revealed, while Ben donned a jacket from his closet. They "gave one another the rings we'll wear for the rest of our lives," she wrote, adding that "love is a great thing, maybe the best of things — and worth waiting for." She signed off, "With love, Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck," indicating she officially took her new husband's last name — which legal documents later confirmed. The following day, Page Six reported that, according to a source, the wedding was "very, very minimally planned in advance and was largely spur-of-the-moment" because J.Lo "wanted to lock this down and remove any chance for cold feet ASAP!" Said the source, "[She's] been ready to get married since the night that Ben proposed." Only two of the couple's five children were reportedly on hand during the ceremony: The "Marry Me" star's child Emme and the Oscar winner's daughter Seraphina.

"She is his French teacher and there is no romantic connection whatsoever," the source said.

"Their friends think they make a cute couple and have been rooting for them to hang out more," said the insider.

On July 18, Chelsea Handler took to Instagram to announce that she and her boyfriend of nearly a year, Jo Koy, called it quits just shy of their first anniversary. Sadly, the news came in the caption of a funny video the duo shot in advance of their relationship milestone: "In anticipation of celebrating our first year together, Jo and I recorded this video early, but as many of you have noticed, it is with a heavy heart to announce that we have decided together that it is best for us to take a break from our relationship right now," she wrote, adding that she now believes "in love for each one of us." Continued the funnywoman, "This man blew my heart open with love and because of him, my life experience has changed forever. To be loved and adored by @jokoy has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. He renewed my faith in men, in love, in being 100% who I am, and I've never been more optimistic for the future. Jo, you blew my creativity open, my lust for working hard again, being on the road again, and you reminded me who I was and always have been, and my feet have never been more firmly planted in the ground. This is not an ending. It's another beginning, and it's a comfort to know that I am still loved and love this man the way the sun loves the moon and the moon loves the sun. YOUR PERSON IS COMING. So, please continue to root for both of us, because you never know what life will bring." Jo, meanwhile, captioned a photo with Chelsea and her dogs, "Just want everyone to know that Chelsea and I will always remain great friends and will always have love for one another. I'm her biggest fan and I can't wait for you all to see what she has in store for the future. Keep killing it Chelsea!" Said a People magazine of the former comedy power couple, "Their friends are hoping they can still work it out. But if anything, it's clear their relationship has changed them both for the better."

On the July 19 episode of Amanda Hirsch's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast, Kristin Cavallari revealed that she's been "actively dating" since March and has "actually been on quite a few dates" recently. "My DMs have essentially been my dating app," she said, adding that "unfortunately," she's "only gonna go for the verified" accounts. "I can't filter through all of my DMs, but I can see those blue checkmarks, honey!" she quipped, noting that her "ideal guy" is not a celebrity but rather "a businessman who no one knows." The mother of three recently went "on a date with a businessman in Nashville," she admitted, according to Page Six, though she didn't sound optimistic about the date going anywhere because she doesn't "like people that often," is "pretty picky" when it comes to men and plans to "stay picky" because she's "not gonna settle." The reality star went on to say that she's managed to "keep things on the DL lately" while secretly dating multiple men. In the two years since K.Cav and ex-husband Jay Cutler called it quits, she's dated country music star Chase Rice and comedian Jeff Dye.

On the July 13 episode of Caroline Standbury's "Divorced Not Dead" podcast, Meghan King dropped a major bombshell about her super-short union with President Joe Biden's nephew Cuffe Biden Owens — which she labeled "a mistake." Said the former "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star, "We rushed into it. I didn't even want to get married again. But it was important to him … and I'm a lover and I want everybody to be happy. I learned some big lessons from that mistake. I'm sure he did as well." She went on to say that she was "confused" by what went wrong with the attorney, whom she wed following a whirlwind courtship of just a month. Ultimately, she said, she'd glad their marriage was "short and sweet" — and that it's now annulled. (They're no longer in contact, she said.) Meghan also noted on the podcast that she and her second husband, Jim Edmonds, have "a worse relationship" now than they did when they first called it quits in late 2019. (Their divorce was notoriously nasty.)

"I'm not going to sit home and cry. I did that during the pandemic. I'm done now. Put your lashes on, clip in some hair, get back out there!" she said. The former "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star then took a little dig at her ex: "We were in two different relationships, unbeknownst to me. So I was giving 100%. I was in love, and what I thought it was, it wasn't. And that's hard," she said. "That being said, you know, I'm old enough to not sit in it. I know that you can be sad and still go out and have fun." When Braunwyn and Victoria first broke up, People magazine reported that the reality star — who came out as a lesbian in late 2020 — was essentially experiencing her "first heartbreak" because Vic was "her first serious relationship with a woman."

On July 19, Tyrese's girlfriend of more than a year, Zelie Timothy, revealed on Instagram that they're in therapy following a recent split amid a rough patch in their relationship. "When we first got together, we promised each other that we would let nothing get in the way of our love. Not ex's or social media. Yet, WE'VE been getting in the way of our love. … The things I've done have made you so sad, you chose to break that promise. Whether I'm right or wrong, I'm sorry. All I have ever wanted for us was to be happy. … But there were times that I let my stubbornness get in the way of what we were building. Times where I've done things and said things you didn't like. With you being my first serious relationship, I thought it would be easy to move on. Yet, with you not being with me, I have realized that the absence of my person is even worse than that. After all this, you've made me know that hell is just earth without you. I've loved you with everything I have since the day we met. I hope going to these therapy sessions will help us both learn about each other deeper. I want you to know how much I miss you and what you mean to me. I love you," she captioned a video of herself and the "Fast & Furious" franchise star sitting together on a beach. Earlier this month, Tyrese wrote on Instagram that he was "single now." They aren't rushing themselves down the aisle but plans are in motion," said a source, adding that the duo "feel ready to settle down as a couple." The pair sparked questions about their relationship status after Jodie stepped out wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring several times in recent weeks.

"After cancelling our wedding twice due to Covid and then eloping in Connecticut, Emely and I finally tied the knot (again) in front of our immediate families in Provence, France. Everything was PERFECT. This was the day we had been envisioning for the past 3 years. Such a magical day full of love, tears (I maybe cried…a lot) and gratitude. … It took longer to get here than expected, but we made it," the former professional football player captioned a slideshow of wedding photos. "Ellen, you are the greatest joy of my life. … We're rooted in a love deeper than anything I could have ever prayed for," he captioned a slideshow of photos depicting the proposal, which went down at sunset in Franklin, Tennessee. "Facts are this, I don't remember what I said down there on one knee, but with the tears flowing, Ellen Decker said yes to me. I am elated to get to spend this life with you. … Waking up next to that ring on your hand the past couple days has been one of the happiest feelings I have felt in my life. You deserve it all, Ellen. Without further ado, how perfect is my fiancée," he continued. The bride-to-be, meanwhile, captioned her own slideshow of proposal pics, "I knew this man was my husband the moment I met him. I can't believe you're mine forever @jedwyatt. You've been the biggest blessing in my life. … Regardless of all the ups and downs, we have always fought for each other. We continuously choose each other at the end of the day. During an appearance on Jim Norton and Sam Roberts' SiriusXM show that hit YouTube on July 15, Dave Coulier shared his thoughts on ex-girlfriend Alanis Morissette's hit 1995 single "You Oughta Know" — which was inspired by their relationship. He was driving in Detroit when he heard the song on the radio for the very first time: "I'm listening to the lyrics going, 'Oh no, I can't be this guy!'" he recalled, adding that he immediately bought Alanis's "Jagged Little Pill" album from a record store, "parked on a street" and "listened to the whole record" then and there. "There was a lot of familiar stuff in there that [we] had talked about. … So I started listening to it and I thought, 'I think I may have really hurt this woman.'"
