October was a huge month for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who made their first official public appearance as a couple during the Invictus Games in Toronto in late September. On Oct. 3, Us Weekly reported that friends of the loved-up duo believe they're already secretly engaged. "Meghan loved playing Rachel and feels she owes so much to 'Suits,' but Harry can't move to Toronto, so she'll have to move eventually if they want to be together," said a source. "Meghan knows she can't really act at the same time as being a princess and is happy to make this career sacrifice. … She really enjoys her charity work with UNICEF and will broaden out her charity commitments when she becomes a full-time royal." (The Daily Star also reported that Harry and Meghan are looking for their first home in the Cotswolds.) Then on Oct. 28, the Daily Mail reported that Meghan finally met Queen Elizabeth II over tea with Harry at Buckingham Palace.
