Britney Spears is nowhere near done speaking her mind, she told Instagram followers on July 20. Alongside a photo of the words, "one day at a time," Britney wrote: "So I said 'life goes on' in one of my recent posts but it's always easier said than done !!!!! In that moment that's what felt was the easiest to say but I think we all know that I will never be able to let go and fully move on until I've said all I needed to say … and I'm not even close !!!!" She added, "I was told to stay quiet about things for so long and I finally feel like I'm just getting here 🕊️🕊️🕊️ !!!!" The 39-year-old singer's latest update comes after two bombshell hearings at which she told a judge her father, Jamie Spears, and other conservators have exacted an abusive level of control over her life. Since she started speaking out on her own behalf, Britney's only gotten more support from fans, music peers, Congress, the ACLU and, seemingly, the judge who's allowed her to hire her own lawyer. That might explain why she's still speaking out. The singer went into further detail over the weekend about the deep pain she's endured because of her "so-called support system," including her father and her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. In another post, she invited critics of her dancing videos to either try to understand her situation, stop following her, or "go read a f—— book." That note garnered more than 2 million likes and messages of support from fans including Paris Hilton and Selma Blair.

New details on Adele and NBA agent Rich's relationship

After what looked like an NBA finals date for Adele and LeBron James' agent, Rich Paul, in Phoenix over the weekend, multiple outlets have confirmed the two are an item. A source tells People they've been together for "a few months," while Page Six reports an insider said they are "100 percent" dating — and have been for some time. The new reports follow a mention of the rumored romance from ESPN's Brian Windhorst, who noted on "The Lowe Post" podcast after the July 17 game that Rich, 40, had come with his "girlfriend." He then name-dropped the 33-year-old singer. In a May New Yorker profile, Rich also brought up the fact that "a major pop star" had come by the day before. For what it's worth, he then adjusted his comment. "I'm not dating," he said. "I'm single. Put that in the story."

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's daughter, Monroe Cannon, is making her modeling debut for the classic kids' jeans brand, OshKosh B'Gosh. In a new back-to-school campaign for the company, Monroe, 10, plays her mom as a little girl who dreams of becoming a famous singer. "Someday, it's gonna be different," Monroe says in the ad between scenes that show her singing into a hairbrush in the mirror and writing down lyrics like Mariah remembers doing circa 1980. "The melodies that live in my head, someday they'll live at the top of the charts. The songs in my heart will touch millions of hearts," Monroe adds. The commercials also feature kid versions of Outkast — pictured as childhood friends in Atlanta with visions of a successful future together in hip-hop — and Muhammad Ali, seen as a little boy enduring the so-called "red bike moment" that famously set Cassius Clay on the path to boxing. "As a little girl, I was determined to realize my dreams. Now as a mother, it brings me so much joy to see my children visualize and develop the dreams they hold in their own hearts," Mariah said in a statement (via People). "We did the campaign because we love the message of empowering kids to dream boldly and blaze their own path."

Prince Harry has spoken 'privately with the royal family' about memoir: Rep

Prince Harry's memoir won't be out for more than a year and there are already multiple narratives surfacing about the book. Following the memoir announcement from publisher Penguin Random House on July 19, Page Six reported Harry had not given the royal family a heads up about the book, possibly because of the ongoing tensions between the duke and his father, brother and grandmother. "No one knew," including Prince Charles, a royal insider told the tab, describing the aftermath of the news as "chaos." The next day, however, People reported the Duke of Sussex did, in fact, speak, "privately with the royal family regarding the book's publication very recently," which, to be fair, sounds like there wasn't a whole lot of warning time. The rep also said Harry would not "be expected to obtain permission" from the palace to sign a memoir deal. The palace, meanwhile, declined to comment, telling the outlet that "any clarification about the book would be a question for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex." According to Page Six's latest digging, Harry's deal likely includes an advance of "at least $20 million." It's unclear if that's money he will keep or if it will be donated to charity along with the proceeds from the book.

Clearly, the casting director for "Green Lantern" was on to something. On this week's "Smartless" podcast, Ryan Reynolds, who met his future wife, Blake Lively, on the set of the widely panned 2010 film, revealed how and when his relationship with Blake transformed from professional to friendly to romantic. Turns out, Ryan made the first move — and possibly the second. When he and Blake were done playing one another's love interests on-set, he explained that they stayed "friends and buddies" for some time. "… About a year and a half later we went on a double date but we were dating separate people," he recalled on the show, which is co-hosted by Jason Bateman, Wil Arnett and Sean Hayes. "Next thing you know, she was going to Boston, I was going to Boston and I said, 'Well, I'll ride with you.' We got on the train and we rode together." That's when he made his move out of the proverbial "friend zone." " I was just begging her to sleep with me," Ryan admitted. Fast forward just a few days and, at least according to Ryan (in all his often sarcastic glory), the two experienced, "one those those silly moments out of a fairytale." He continued: "A week later I was like, 'We should buy a house together.' And we did." Today, the stars share three daughters, James, 6, Inez, 4, and Betty, who turns 2 later this year. Their ninth wedding anniversary is also just around the corner on Sept. 9. "That's like 45 years in Hollywood!" Ryan joked. During that time, he added that they've figured out how to juggle their careers with three little ones at home. "Blake and I don't do movies at the same time," Ryan said. "When Blake is ready to do some stuff, I'll step down and then we go back and forth. She'll do a film and I'll be with her on location hanging out with the kids."

Shailene Woodley dishes on Aaron Rodgers' 'Jeopardy!' prep binges

Shailene Woodley stopped by "Late Night" this week to chat with Seth Meyers about her new Netflix drama, "The Last Letter from Your Lover," but she also managed to squeeze in some praise for her own lover's "Jeopardy!" hosting tenure. Asked how much of the show she had to watch with her new fiancé ahead of his two-week stint as a guest host in April, the "Big Little Lies" star said she was filming in Montreal during his prep period. "And he was quarantining," she explained (via the Daily Mail), "… so I would go to work at 8 a.m., 6 a.m. … and he would start his Netflix 'Jeopardy!' binge and then when I would get home at 8 or 9 p.m., he would still be watching 'Jeopardy!'" That's not all he was doing while Shailene was on set, though. "I would open the trash can and I would just see like a bunch of empty to-go containers and milkshake cups that he had ordered on Uber Eats," she recalled. "And I was like, 'You literally Uber Eated and watched 'Jeopardy!' all day long today. He's like, 'Yeah, look at my notes.' And he had stacks of notebooks of notes that he took, and highlighted and went back through." Despite the Uber Eats indulgences, Shailene said she was impressed with the Green Bay Packers star's determination. "It was actually really inspiring to watch his steadfast commitment to learning every single part of the 'Jeopardy!' game," she said. Aaron, 37, revealed the couple's engagement in February during an NFL event. Shailene, 29, later confirmed their plans on "The Tonight Show."

The Czech supermodel announced on Instagram on July 20 that she and the 60-year-old Oscar winner have gone their separate ways, having decided the relationship wasn't going to work. Mark Hoppus reveals 'the chemo is working' in his cancer battle

Blink-182 alum Mark Hoppus shared what he called "the best possible news" about his cancer battle this week. After revealing in a recent Twitch Q&A that he has "diffuse large B-cell lymphoma," an aggressive form of stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, the singer and multi-instrumentalist tweeted that his latest PET scans indicate the chemo he's been undergoing "is working." "I still have months of treatment ahead, but it's the best possible news," he explained. "I'm so grateful and confused and also sick from last week's chemo. But the poison the doctors pump into me and the kind thoughts and wishes of people around me are destroying this cancer. Just gonna keep fighting…" Mark, 49, has also said he's hopeful he can beat the cancer because his mother, Kerry Wenz, recently beat the same form.

Harvey Weinstein arrives in Los Angeles to face new charges

On July 20, Harvey Weinstein was transferred from New York, where he's serving a 23-year prison sentence for sexual assault and rape, to California, where he's facing another batch of sex crime-related charges. The move comes after his legal team fought to keep the 69-year-old in New York, arguing that his health condition warranted intervention. But a judge ruled to have him extradited after a prosecutor told the court in June that the former producer had "declined medical treatment" on multiple occasions, according to the New York Times. Once he's indicted, prosecutors in Los Angeles have 120 days to bring the new case to trial. The suit involves five different women who allege Weinstein attacked them between 2004 and 2013. If convicted, the Times reports he would serve that sentence after he completes his time behind bars on the East Coast. Weinstein has continued to claim all of his sexual interactions were consensual. More than 90 women have accused him of sexual misconduct or assault, per the Times.
