The Baltimore Ravens might have lost to the Kansas City Chiefs 17-10 in the AFC Championship game, but Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson still made jaws drop with his talents on the field during the wild matchup in Maryland on Jan. 28.
Lamar — who's expected to win the NFL MVP title thanks to his performance over the season — made headlines with one dazzling display in particular: He caught his own pass after it was tipped by the Chiefs and ran for 13 yards. (See it next). According to CBS, it's a fun record: The play marked the longest completion by a player to himself in any game since December 1998 when the New York Giants' Kent Graham threw a 16-yard pass to himself which was, coincidentally, also against the Chiefs.
The game broke records on the field and off: It had an average audience of 55.473 million, which makes it the most watched AFC Championship game in NFL history. On top of that, viewership peaked at over 64 million at one point during the telecast.
