Page Six reported on Jan. 2 that the neighborhood around the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club — which is several miles north of party-friendly South Beach — is fed up with Kanye West's tendency to host late-night guests.
For example, the rapper allegedly headed back to the hotel with an entourage following a recent performance at Miami's popular Art Basel fair in mid-December.
The New York Post's gossip column reports that the gathering caused a disturbance as a string of 15 SUVs were coming and going from the hotel until 5 a.m.

Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, spent much of 2023 traveling the world: They were most often seen together in Miami and Italy.
But according to The U.S. Sun, they're done with the nomadic lifestyle and have scooped up a small apartment in Los Angeles.
"They have had this spot since earlier last year before they went traveling and have the kids there sometimes," a source said. "It's simple but luxurious and they class it as their main residence in L.A. at the moment."

The reports come just hours after Kanye West took to Instagram to share several extremely revealing photos of his wife, Bianca Censori.
"No pants this year," he captioned a photo of Bianca wearing incredibly skimpy underwear.
Ironically, Ye often complained when his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, wore revealing outfits in public. That fact wasn't lost on several of his Instagram followers, who called his photos of Bianca hypocritical. A slew of fans even accused Ye of "humiliating" Bianca. One follower said she looked like she'd been "kidnapped" in an image.
