In fact, in 2000, she was involved in a motorcycle accident near the Hoover Dam east of Las Vegas. She broke multiple bones — including a leg, arm and some ribs — and punctured her lung. She later told "Good Morning America" that she was going "between 110 and 90" miles per hour at the time of the crash. Despite the scary incident, Lauren didn't let it deter her from getting back on a bike.
