Melania Trump has been absent from Donald Trump's campaign trail thus far, and it might be because she's not necessarily a fan of her husband's rhetoric. At a recent campaign stop in Iowa, the former POTUS admitted that Melania cringes when he cracks jokes at one particular group of people.

While speaking at a rally in Sioux City, Iowa, Donald Trump acknowledged that Melania Trump thinks he's "not presidential" when he mocks transgender weightlifters.
"Our first lady hates it when I do [that]. … She says, 'Darling, I love you so much but this is not presidential, when you do the weightlifting.' This is not presidential," he said while raising his arms in the air and pretending to lift weights over his head.
He noted that Melania also doesn't like "the swimming thing" he does, though he failed to provide more context to that statement. "You know and I understand," he said.

Donald Trump has been known to awkwardly dance at his rallies. Melania Trump, he said, is not a fan.
"She said, 'Darling, I love you, I love you, but this is not presidential, you don't dance off the stage,'" the former president recalled. "I said, 'Look, look, we've got a year to go. Everybody loves us. I love everybody. The country's going to hell in a handbasket. Let's do a little dancing.'"
The former "The Apprentice" host acknowledged that his wife is "technically right" about the dancing, though he concluded by exclaiming, "But what the hell!"

In late September, Page Six reported that Melania Trump, 53, had recently renegotiated her prenuptial agreement with her 77-year-old husband of 18 years. She reportedly made the move for the sake of their teenage son, Barron Trump.
"Over the last year, Melania and her team have been quietly negotiating a new 'postnup' agreement between herself and Donald Trump," a source told Page Six. "This is at least the third time Melania has renegotiated the terms of her marital agreement."
A second source said, "I know that she wanted it to provide her with more money, and also — from what I understand — there's a specific amount at minimum that Barron is supposed to obtain."

There's a real chance that Donald Trump could win the 2024 presidential election and wind up back in the White House again. But that's not necessarily why Melania Trump renegotiated their marital agreement this time.
"This agreement was necessary because of the current legal battles … [Donald] has suffered," one Page Six source explained.
The former TV star is facing both criminal and civil indictments including New York Attorney General Letitia James's $250 civil case against him and his real estate business, a court order requiring him to pay $5 million to E. Jean Carroll for defaming her and more. He's also been fined several times for violating a gag order.
"Trump remains very rich, but with mounting legal bills and judgments [things could change]," the source said, explaining that a renegotiated marital agreement will "provide a more solid future" for Melania and son Barron Trump.
"It's not that she threatened to leave him," the source warned, but "it's definitely the underlying idea."
