TV star caught stealing
"Cake Boss" star Buddy Valastro has been accused of stealing snacks from a cop show. In fact, he's been caught pilfering snacks from the "On Patrol: Live" studios at least six times. According to Page Six, people working on the "Cops"-inspired show noticed that snacks continued to go missing from their studio in Jersey City, New Jersey, so producers set up a Ring camera to catch the crook — who turned out to be the TLC baking star. "They got all this video of him not just grabbing an M&M but taking full bags," the source said, specifically mentioning dried mangos. "You're stealing from a police show. The show is all about law enforcement, and they always have cops in the studio."
Buddy's rep said he's making amends the only way he knows how.
"Lots of filming with Buddy's new shows on A&E, busy day filming, and Buddy walked into the wrong room," the rep said. "But who doesn't enjoy delicious dried mangoes and other healthy snacks! A man can't live on cake alone. Buddy will be replacing the dried mango snacks with a nice big mango flavored cake and sweets from Carlo's bakery!"

A quick refresh
As part of Zachery Ty Bryan's plea deal with prosecutors, a second domestic violence count was dismissed and prison time was taken off the table. Instead, he will receive a "downward dispositional departure" to 36 months of supervised probation and seven days in jail. He must also abide by a set of conditions typical for domestic violence cases.
"Mr. Bryan decided to accept this resolution and admit that he recklessly caused physical injury to his domestic partner to avoid further trauma to his family so they could move on and heal," his attorney told The Hollywood Reporter.

Sharing secrets
While many stories from Britney Spears's October 2023 memoir were already teased in the media, more came to light this week upon its release.
In "The Woman in Me," the "Toxic" singer compared her father, Jamie Spears, to a "cult leader" during her 13-year conservatorship and claimed he forced her into rehab in 2014.
Britney also recalled running into ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake backstage just before her disastrous 2007 MTV Video Music Awards performance. "Everything was going great in his world. He was at the top of his game in every way, and he had a lot of swagger. I was having a panic attack. I hadn't rehearsed enough. I hated the way I looked. I knew it was going to be bad," she penned. She knew beforehand that the performance wouldn't go well. "There was a problem with my costume and with my hair extensions. I hadn't slept the night before. I was dizzy. It was less than a year since I'd had my second baby in two years but everyone was acting like my not having six-pack abs was offensive," she wrote. "I went out there and did the best I could at that moment in time, which — yes, granted — was far from my best at other times. I could see myself on video throughout the auditorium while I performed; it was like looking at myself in a fun-house mirror."
But that wasn't all…
Ex files
In her new book, "The Woman in Me," Britney Spears revealed that she had an abortion after getting pregnant with Justin Timberlake's child when they were both about 19.
She also revealed he split with her via text and claimed he cheated on her (she also admitted to making out with dancer Wade Robson while she was with Justin).
On Oct. 24, a source told DailyMail.com that the *NSYNC singer is "not at all happy" about the book. "Justin has not reached out to Britney at all about any of this, and he is not going to because there is nothing he can say to her," the source said. Although Britney is telling the story from her standpoint, Justin is not "OK with it," according to the outlet.
Child abuse charge
Jenelle Evans' husband, David Eason, has been charged with child abuse in the wake of her son's multiple attempts to run away from home this year.
The former "Teen Mom" star's eldest child, Jace, was reported as missing at least three times in a month, prompting authorities to step in to investigate the reasons he fled. The answers came on Oct. 24 when David was hit with a misdemeanor. According to TMZ, there is video of an alleged assault involving Jace. Court documents accused David of inflicting physical injury on Jace, thus causing "marks on the right arm and left and right side of the neck."
Jenelle could still be charged too, the webloid reported.

Firing back
Jenelle Evans took to her Instagram Story to sound off on Oct. 24 hours after news broke revealing that her husband, David Eason, was being charged with misdemeanor child abuse concerning her son from a previous relationship, Jace.
"You would think police wouldn't make a one-sided police investigation. They didn't conduct any interviews. Didn't ask any information from the parents. This seems like a very bias[ed] situation like every time before," she said. "I trusted that detective with all my heart. I forgot you can't trust cops … silly me. I don't trust anyone around me. Going MIA for a while."
She added, "I do not trust anyone around me … I have no idea what human being I can trust anymore, not even my own blood. I'm being fed all these different stories from different people. People trying to get on my good side… To then betray me over and over."
