Lina Gonzales alleges in her lawsuit that she was waiting to make a left turn on Los Angeles' famed Hollywood Boulevard when Ashley Tisdale changed lanes and caused a collision between their vehicles.
After the crash, the actress allegedly made a "big fuss" and started calling Lina unspecified names, her attorney claims.
A spokesperson for the "Suite Life of Zack & Cody" star denied that Ashley used aggressive words in the aftermath of the accident, claiming instead that the women simply exchanged information and "moved on."

The woman on the other end of Ashley Tisdale's accident, Lina Gonzales, claims to have been massively affected by the incident. Lina's attorney said she now has "severe neck and back injuries" as a result of the crash. In her lawsuit, she alleges that she also suffered loss of wages, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damage, property damage, loss of earning capacity and loss of society, love, protection, companionship and consortium.
Lina's attorney told TMZ that the medical expenses total around $140,000. Lina, via her attorney, demanded $600,000 as compensation, but Ashley rejected the number.

Lina Gonzales isn't just coming after Ashley Tisdale in the wake of the accident. The actress was driving a leased or rented vehicle when she collided with Lina's car, so Lina also named those who "entrusted" the vehicle to Ashley as possible co-defendants in her lawsuit. She believes they share the "responsibility" for her injuries and damages, Page Six reported.
