All the post-show feels
James Corden admits that it's "absolutely terrifying" to leave "The Late Late Show." Speaking at a PaleyFest event in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 2, James said, "I haven't felt this scared since I decided to take the show, to move here. I haven't felt on such unstable ground… [But] I have to embrace that fear." James has already said he and his family will move back to his native London after he exits the show. "I'm just aware that what I'm trying to do isn't the road that's often travelled… It just isn't the road that's been travelled to my knowledge, so with that comes a huge amount of fear. It's terrifying, it's absolutely terrifying," he said. James' final episode of "The Late Late Show" led by James is set to air on April 27.
Acting future questioned
Chris Hemsworth is rethinking his career after learning he's at very high risk of suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The actor has four projects lined up, but a source says he's going to severely slow the workload after those are complete. While filming his series "Limitless," Chris discovered he is eight to 10 times more likely to develop Alzheimer's in the future. "It really triggered something in me to want to take some time off," he told Vanity Fair. "Since we finished the show, I've been completing the things I was already contracted to do. Then I'm going home and I'm going to have a good chunk of time off and just simplify. Be with the kids, be with my wife." Although Chris said he's "not talking about retiring by any means," sources claim retirement is a very real possibility — in fact, some folks close to the "Thor" star believe he's even leaning toward that.
School shooting story
With the school shooting in Nashville still weighing heavily on nearly everyone's minds, Kelsea Ballerini recalled her own terrible experience involving gun violence at school. "The community of sorrow over this and the 130 mass shootings in the U.S. this year alone stretches from coast to coast," she said to open the CMT Awards on Sunday, April 2. "I wanted to personally stand up here and share this moment because on Aug. 21, 2008, I watched Ryan McDonald, my 15-year-old classmate at Central High School, lose his life to a gun in our cafeteria." The country star dedicated the evening to the "ever growing list" of those affected by gun violence. Kelsea ended her moving dedication by hoping for "real action that moves us forward together to create change for the safety of our kids and our loved ones."
On to the U.S. after eviction
So long, Spain. Amid much speculation, Shakira is headed to the United States, but her European departure is not without its drama. The Mirror reported that the singer was served an eviction notice by the father of her ex-partner Gerard Piqué. The notice, served last month, said Shakira had 30 days to leave the home she was living in (a home she once shared with Gerard). In a social media post, Shakira bid farewell to Spain. "I settled in Barcelona to give my children stability, the same that we are now looking for in another corner of the world next to family, friends and the sea," she wrote in a post translated from Spanish to English. "Today we begin a new chapter in the search for your happiness." She added, "Thanks to everyone who encouraged me there, dried my tears, inspired me and made me grow. Thanks to my Spanish audience who have always covered me with their love and loyalty." Shakira and her kids have reportedly relocated to Miami.

Thirsty comment
Travis Scott still has a thing for his ex. Over the weekend, the rapper commented on a series of Instagram pictures of Kylie Jenner using products from her cosmetics line. Travis, who's not typically active on the social media platform, wrote in the comments section, "A beauty." Fans couldn't help but notice the comment, which racked up more than 10,000 "likes." Travis and Kylie have had an on-and-off relationship for years. They started dating in 2017, welcomed a daughter in February 2018, split the following year, got back together in 2021 and welcomed a second child in early 2022. In January 2023, reports claimed the two had broken up again.
Getting the shade
The mother of one of Tristan Thompson's children appears to be throwing a little shade at the former NBA star. Maralee Nichols, who shares a 16-month-old son with Tristan, posted photos with the tot on the beach over the weekend. "Happiness," she shared April 2. "It's the simple things in life that are the most extraordinary." The post came just one day after Khloe Kardashian threw a lavish "Octonauts"-themed party for daughter True, whom she shares with Tristan. The party, which Tristan reportedly attended, included ball pits, piñatas, desserts and undersea creatures.
