Even when his words draw fierce blowback, Kanye West has never been one to stay silent and doesn't seem to care who's against him (even when it's the mother of his children!). Ye has been facing backlash after posting an antisemitic tweet on Oct. 9. "I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE," he tweeted. The rapper defended himself by adding, "The funny thing is I actually can't be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also. You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda." Twitter responded by suspending Ye's account for violating its policies. Still, Ye doubled down on his comments on Oct. 12: "Hey, if you call somebody out for bad business, that means you're being antisemitic. I feel happy to have crossed the line of that idea so we can speak openly about things like getting canceled by a bank," he told paparazzi. He then admitted to Piers Morgan that his words were racist but wasn't sorry. In the midst of his commentary, several stars in the entertainment world sounded off…

"The holiest day in Judaism was last week. Words matter. A threat to Jewish people ended once in a genocide. Your words hurt and incite violence. You are a father. Please stop," Jamie Lee Curtis tweeted. On "Today" on Oct. 10, she elaborated. "Death Con 3 on Jewish people? What are you doing? It's bad enough that fascism is on the rise around the world, but on Twitter, on a portal, as if Jewish people haven't had it hard enough," she said. "I mean it's just abhorrent. It's abhorrent… I hope he gets help. I hope his children get help from him. It's terrible."

Words matter," Mandy Moore wrote under a tweet from Carly Pildis, the Anti-Defamation League's director of community engagement, that said Ye's "actions are extremely dangerous and must be called out."

"A reminder – antisemitic hate crimes are at their highest levels in America in decades.
Antisemitic language, rhetoric and statements have become common place in American media, politics and pop culture. It is now normal to hear casual antisemitic comments from sitting members of congress, media hosts, pop culture figures etc. – it is a cancer and it is everywhere. It is an existential threat to American life and our Jewish friends and family both in our country and outside of it.
I have zero tolerance for this s***. Zero.
This is poison and yet another example why this man and his behavior are trash. Conservatives always claim to hate celebrity but jump and get excited like a teenage girl at a Harry Styles concert any time any of them show our side attention. It is pathetic, we are supposed to be anti celebrity and for the average working men and women – but I guess that went out the window years ago. This man is no icon, he has no wisdom I care to hear. Do not look the other way from this statement – it is the public hatred of Judaism and Jews and full f****** stop there is NO place for this anywhere." –Meghan McCain

"Instagram is a breeding ground for antisemitism," "The Real Housewives of New York" star Lizzy Savetsky said. In an Instagram message in which she shared antisemitic posts sent directly to her, she added, "The amount of hate that exists towards us is rapidly growing thanks to irresponsible influence from huge voices like Kanye's! Thankfully Instagram has restricted Kanye's account. That doesn't change the fact that I continue to receive shockingly hateful, even threatening comments in support of his antisemitic message. My children's great grandmother didn't survive Auschwitz so we could sit idly by as people threaten our existence as a people. We have to speak up! I take these threats very seriously and you should too."
