Sharon Stone, 64, says a younger guy once stopped dating her because she wouldn't use Botox
Sharon Stone is as stunning as ever on the cover of Vogue Arabia's September 2022 issue, which sees the "Basic Instinct" star, 64, speak candidly about aging and more — including a relationship with a "younger" man that ended after he learned Sharon isn't into Botox. After discussing how a recent sexy bikini pic went viral, Sharon explained: "I posted it because I feel like women become invisible once we become moms and you're 45 and people walk by you like you're not there." She added that she and her friends try to "support and uplift" one another because "life doesn't always make you feel like a winner as you grow older," before reflecting on the seemingly Botox-fueled breakup. According to Vogue, Sharon said the younger man asked if the star used the anti-aging injections. "It would probably be really good for your ego and mine if I did," she apparently replied. "I saw him one more time after that and then he wasn't interested in seeing me anymore. If you don't see me for more than that, you'll please find your way to the exit," Sharon said. "There were periods in the super fame when I got Botox and filler and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and a nine-day brain hemorrhage and I had to have over 300 shots of Botox and filler to make the one side of my face come up again," she explained. Since then, she's come to see the injections differently. Once a "cute luxury," she said, now seems like "some kind of massive, painful neurological need." The actress, who's up for her second Emmy Award this year, clearly has more pressing things to think about anyway. "I feel like this is the most exciting and creative period of my life," she said. "I feel really, really happy. I've never been this joyful."

It was, of course, Laverne — and she seemed very much OK with the mix-up. "Not me getting mistaken for @Beyonce at the #USOpen tonight then trending on Twitter as the internet cackles over the mistaken identity," the "OITNB" alum joked, reposting the video on Instagram. "These tweets are funny as h***. Enjoy!!!" While the original person who shared the video, @Choni, rightfully expressed concern about the mistake, given media's fraught track record when it comes to identifying people of color, Laverne seemed to get a kick out of the confusion, given her own Beyoncé fangirling past. The slew of complimentary comparisons between Bey and Laverne's resemblances probably didn't hurt. As writer David Dennis Jr. pointed out on Twitter, "Laverne Cox … was mistaken for Beyoncé all night. Which is a career highlight for literally anyone." Chiming in, Laverne told David, "Absolutely!"

Khloe Kardashian opens up about life as a mother of two
Khloe Kardashian says she's all about being a mom of two in her first major interview since welcoming a second child via surrogate with ex, Tristan Thompson. "I know it's cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts," Khloe told Elle in a Q&A published Tuesday, Aug. 30. "[My kids] challenge me as a person, and being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honor and a gift," she continued. "We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today's day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they're exposed to so young. It's super scary, but I take my job very seriously. I love it so much." Khloe, who also shares 4-year-old daughter, True, with Tristan, confirmed through her rep in early August that True now has a baby brother who arrived via surrogate after being conceived in November 2021. Khloe had reportedly hoped to keep the baby news quiet both to "protect the surrogate" and for her own "mental health," according to E! News. The baby news came just months after Tristan apologized publicly to Khloe when a paternity test confirmed he'd fathered a child with another woman while he and Khloe were still together. Speaking to Elle, Khloe also pointed out that mistakes have their own kind of value. "We're all going to make mistakes," Khloe said when asked if she had "any wisdom to share" from her experience running Good American and beyond. "If you don't make mistakes, I think that's weird. You're supposed to fail. You're supposed to crash and burn. You have to experience things for yourself," she said. "It's like when you have a teenage daughter, and you know they're going to mess up and do crazy things, but you have to let them do it themselves, so they learn. It's the same thing in business. It's great when people know to ask for help because you don't know everything, but a lot of people are too embarrassed to admit that."

Chris Rock says he was invited to host 2023 Oscars after Will Smith slap
During a standup set in Phoenix on Sunday, Aug. 30, Chris Rock said he'd been invited to host the 2023 Academy Awards after Will Smith marched onstage at the 2022 Oscars and slapped the comic for making a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. Chris said he "refused" the offer then compared returning to host the Oscars after the slap incident to asking Nicole Brown Simpson, O.J. Simpson's late ex-wife, "to go back to the restaurant" where she reportedly left her glasses before she was killed, according to AZ Central. "He's bigger than me," Chris said of Will, recalling the actor's onscreen turn as Mohammad Ali. "The state of Nevada would not sanction a fight between me and Will Smith." Chris has hosted the awards show in the past, taking on the role in both 2005 and 2016. As of Tuesday, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences had not responded to requests for comment from AZ Central and other outlets. Will has apologized for the slap, resigned from the Academy and been banned from all Academy events for 10 years. "I've reached out to Chris and the message that came back is that he's not ready to talk and when he is, he will reach out," Will said in a video earlier this summer. "So I will say to you, Chris, I apologize to you. My behavior was unacceptable and I'm here whenever you're ready to talk."
Michael Jackson's children honor late dad's 64th birthday
Paris Jackson and her brother, Prince Jackson, paid tribute to their late father, Michael Jackson, on Instagram on Monday, Aug. 29, the day he would have turned 64. "Happy birthday to the greatest!" Prince, 25, captioned a gallery of throwback photos from his childhood. One pic showed the King of Pop feeding Prince when he was a baby, while others featured MJ with Prince, Paris and their younger brother Bigi (formerly Blanket). "Miss you more and more but I love you more and more with each day. Thank you for everything 🙌🏼❤️," Prince added. Paris also honored her dad on social media, sharing a photo of herself as a toddler giving Michael a kiss on her Instagram Stories. "hbd ❤️," she captioned the post, per Today.com. Michael died at age 50 on June 25, 2009, after ingesting Propofol given to him by his doctor. The (now former) cardiologist was later found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Kris Jenner shuts down claims Scott Disick's been 'excommunicated' from Kardashian-Jenner family
Scott Disick is part of the Kardashian-Jenner family for good. That's according to Kris Jenner, who recently denied a report claiming Kourtney Kardashian's marriage to Travis Barker essentially "excommunicated" Scott from the family. "Scott will NEVER be excommunicated from our family….," Kris wrote in the comments to a Paper magazine post over the weekend. Last week, a Page Six source said that in the wake of Kourtney and Travis' wedding, Scott "doesn't spend as much time with that whole group," and has "been kind of excommunicated because the priority is Travis." The insider added that Scott's "had to regroup who his relationships are" since Kourtney's wedding. On Instagram, however, Kris made it clear that her daughter's decision to move on with Travis doesn't affect Scott's role in her family's lives. "He's the father of my grandchildren and a special part of our family….," she wrote. "We love him and not true!" Scott and Kourtney, who share three children, called it quits in 2015 after many years of on-off dating.
Ashton Kutcher to run 2022 NYC Marathon after health scare reveal
It wasn't long ago that a rare form of vasculitis left Ashton Kutcher wondering if he'd ever be able to walk again. Now, the actor says he's training for the New York City Marathon this fall — and he's already seeing major changes in his body. "The biggest change physically has been the transfer of muscle mass from upper body to lower body. I've lost about 12 pounds," Ashton told Entertainment Tonight ahead of the premiere for his new, 16-part training series, "Our Future Selves." "My wife has been super supportive," he added, referencing Mila Kunis. Ashton and Mila share daughter Wyatt, 7, and son Dimitri, 5. And as he explained to ET, Mila and his kids remain his best "daily motivator" in life and in his training. "Surrounding myself with a support system makes hard things much easier," Ashton mused. "Setting a pace that you can sustain is not the same thing as working as hard as you can." The former "That '70s Show" star first revealed his bout with vasculitis on "Running Wild With Bear Grylls." He has since said he's recovered and is "all good."
