Though Ashlee Simpson debuted a much different nose in 2006, she refused to confirm she'd gone under the knife. She told People magazine at the time, "Everybody's already saying it, so I just don't talk about it." When pushed to confirm or deny the nose job, she replied, "Maybe. Who knows!" In 2007, her dad, Joe Simpson, confirmed it for her, telling Fox News, "Girls have their own ideas. Anyway, there was a real problem with her breathing and that was cured."

Ashley Tisdale went under the knife in 2007, though she claimed it was for medical reasons. "Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," she told People magazine, adding, "The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80% deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose."

_
Unlike many of his fellow pop stars, Clay Aiken has been incredibly open about his choice to go under the knife. In 2012, he told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" all about his procedures, sharing, "I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there. I was like, 'You know what, while I'm already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin.'"

Joe Jonas opened up about his experience with injectables in 2022 after partnering with the Botox alternative Xeomin, a double-filtered more purified version of the botulinum toxin that's used to smooth wrinkles, frown lines and crow's feet. He said he loved the results, especially after using Xeomin to minimize a scar between his eyebrows. The pop star told Allure that he "didn't feel like I was a different person [by using it]" and that it "gave me that confidence that I think we all want to feel as we get older."

_
Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland had a breast augmentation in 2008 after years of deliberation. She opened up about the decision in Shape magazine in 2013. "I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyonce's mom told me to really think about it first," the singer explained. One of Lady Gaga's biggest hits sung the praises of accepting yourself the way you were born, but the superstar (seen here in 2008) has admitted she's experimented with some facial tweaks…
_
Lady Gaga doesn't look like she's aged a day since she burst onto the music scene. Though the star denied going under the knife in a 2011 interview with Harper's Bazaar, in 2013, she fessed up to using injectables Juvederm, though she also told radio host Howard Stern that she'd quit the face-enhancing habit. "I was really obsessed with getting facial injections," she said, until "a photographer friend was like, 'Gaga, I love you but if you don't stop injecting s*** in your face, I'm going to just kill you." That hasn't stopped plastic surgeons from speculating about Gaga's changing looks, with theories ranging from lip filler and nose jobs to aesthetic doctor Leslie Gerstman's theory, which she shared on Instagram in 2019, that Gaga had filler injected into her nose to make it appear more straight.
