Arrested
Former "Clueless" star and Fox News contributor Stacey Dash was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence at her home in Florida on Sept. 29. According to reports and Stacey's 911 call, she got into an argument with her husband of 18 months, Jeffrey Marty, and his daughters. According to police, things got physical and Jeffrey ended up with scratch marks on his arm. Stacey has claimed that "any aggressiveness on her part was in self-defense" and argues that Jeffrey attempted to choke her first. She also said he and his daughters colluded to get her arrested. Stacey pleaded not guilty and has requested a public defender, indicating she's indigent and can't afford a lawyer. Her husband bailed her out of jail on Sept. 30.

"On a break"
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have ended their relationship of two and a half years — at last for now. Several media outlets have refused to call it an outright "breakup," as sources claim the duo is more "on a break" (somewhere, Ross Geller is smiling). TMZ reported that things have "cooled" between the beauty mogul and the rapper. People magazine reported that Kylie had some "trust issues." "There were several issues that made them decide to take a break," a source said. "Kylie is all about family life and really wants a second baby." Travis reportedly wants to focus on his career. "She still has trust issues with Travis. He hasn't been giving her the commitment that she needs," People's source said. "Travis isn't ready to give her all that she wants." They'll share custody of their daughter, Stormi Webster, without a written agreement. Many of the couple's friends think they'll get back together. On Oct. 3, Kylie addressed the reports on Twitter, writing, "Travis and I are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi‼️ Our friendship and our daughter is priority."

Married… again
Although Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin legally tied the knot in 2018, they finally had a formal wedding ceremony to celebrate with family and friends in 2019. The guest list for the Sept. 30 wedding weekend at a South Carolina resort hotel was impressive: Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Jaden Smith, Ed Sheeran, Usher, Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, Kris Jenner, Joan Smalls and country duo Dan + Shay were all reportedly among the 154 attendees. Grammy winner Daniel Caesar, the couple's favorite artist right now, performed at the reception. After tying the knot (again), Justin posted a photo from the reception on Instagram. "My bride is [fire emoji]," he wrote. Days later, the pop star made headlines again when he lashed out at PETA on social media, telling them to "suck it" and "go focus on real problems" after the animal rights group publicly criticized him for paying a breeder $35,000 to purchase two exotic cats he's named Sushi and Tuna.

Tasered, charged with kidnapping
Just hours after he was seen walking hand in hand with on-off girlfriend Jen Harley, confirming that they were together again — and hours after he launched a new CBD brand — "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was taken into custody after being tasered by police following an argument with Jen at a Los Angeles Airbnb where they were staying with their 18-month-old daughter. TMZ reported that in the early morning hours of Oct. 4, police received multiple 911 calls about an alleged domestic violence incident involving Ronnie and Jen. According to TMZ, the MTV star struck Jen and chased her outside allegedly while carrying a knife and daughter Ariana. He eventually went back inside with their daughter but when he wouldn't come out peacefully, TMZ reported, cops used a taser to subdue him (the webloid has video of a restrained Ronnie being wheeled to an ambulance by paramedics). Hours later, TMZ reported that Ronnie was booked for kidnapping and that Jen told cops he had been using cocaine.
Arrivederci!!
Joe Giudice is saying ciao to Italy and arrivederci to America. In late September, the reality TV star filed documents in court requesting his immediate release from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center. After his request to return home to New Jersey was denied, surprisingly, the Italy-born "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star — who served more than three years in prison on federal fraud charges before being moved to an ICE facility — said he wanted to wait out his deportation appeal in Italy, the same country to which he very well may be permanently deported, so that he can work to help support wife Teresa Giudice and their four daughters. On Oct. 3, a judge granted his request. Whether the trip to Europe is temporary or permanent remains to be seen. It's not known when a judge will rule on Joe's latest appeal to be allowed to stay in the United States.
Controversial visit
Demi Lovato was put on the defensive over her "magical" trip to Israel this week. On Oct. 1, the singer posted photos to Instagram that documented her trip — she got baptized in the Jordan River and visited Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, in Jerusalem. However, some were offended by her trip, saying it was done for political reasons. In a lengthy Instagram post, Demi said she was "extremely frustrated" with the controversy. "I accepted a free trip to Israel in exchange for a few posts. No one told me there would be anything wrong with going or that I could possibly be offending anyone," she wrote. "With that being said, I'm sorry if I've hurt or offended anyone, that was not my intention." She made it clear: "This was meant to be a spiritual experience for me, NOT A POLITICAL STATEMENT and now I realize it hurt people and for that I'm sorry." She blamed herself for some of the backlash. "Sorry I'm not more educated, and sorry for thinking this trip was just a spiritual experience," she said.
Dating rumors
Is Adele back in the dating game now that she's filed for divorce from husband Simon Konecki? A report out of Britain early this week claimed Adele and British rapper Skepta had been on a couple of dates. "Adele and Skepta have been there for each other a lot after both their relationships split up. They have a close bond and there's definitely a special connection," a source told the Sun as part of a Sept. 30 report. "They're spending more and more time together. Some of their friends are hoping and predicting they could end up being a great couple one day." The MC has said in the past that he and Adele communicate often. In 2016, she even posted a picture of Skepta on Instagram. "She gassed me up. One day I was just chilling and she [tweeted] a picture that said 'Tottenham boy' and she's from Tottenham as well," he told the website IBTimes UK. "I was actually going to quit music that day, that was one of the sickest things ever. She's like the lady of Tottenham."
Breast cancer diagnosis
Beyonce's dad, Mathew Knowles, has revealed that he has breast cancer. In an interview with "Good Morning America" that aired on Oct. 1, Mathew — who famously used to manage daughters Beyonce and Solange — said he was diagnosed over the summer after noticing a recurring dot of blood on his shirt and bedsheets. "I immediately went to my doctor," he said, noting that tests soon revealed "I had breast cancer." Mathew indicated that he had surgery to remove the breast. "I'm doing all the steps for recovery," he added. In an op-ed for ABC News, he explained, "I am going to get the second breast removed in January because I want to do anything I can to reduce the risk. We use the words 'cancer-free,' but medically there's no such thing as 'cancer-free.' There's always a risk. My risk of a recurrence of breast cancer is less than 5 percent, and the removal of the other breast reduces it down to about 2 percent." Mathew also revealed that he's learned he has a BRCA2 gene mutation, which means he has an increased risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer and melanoma. He told TMZ that Beyonce and Solange have since been tested and have been told they did not inherit the mutation.
Splitsville
The whirlwind romance is over. After two months of dating, model Gigi Hadid and "The Bachelorette" favorite Tyler Cameron have split up, according to multiple reports this week. Gigi and Tyler, a contractor and model, hit the ground running after Tyler appeared on Hannah Brown's season of the hit ABC show and finished as the runner up — they were spotted all over New Year City together and he was by her side at her grandmother's funeral in the Netherlands. In recent days, however, Tyler started hinting that he and Gigi were no longer an item, telling E! News on Sept. 27, "That's my friend. We hung out a few times. She's doing her thing now in Paris and killin' it so…" While appearing on "Watch What Happens Live" on Oct.1, he teased, "I may be single."
Health issue
Duane Chapman, better known as Dog The Bounty Hunter, has revealed that he has a life-threatening heart condition. On the Sept. 30 episode of "The Dr. Oz Show," Dog said he's been diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, a revelation that comes just weeks after he was hospitalized. A pulmonary embolism occurs when one or more arteries in the lungs is blocked by a blood clot. Dr. Oz told Dog that he's a "ticking time bomb."
