Bryan Tanaka is reportedly taking over Mariah Carey's daily business needs
Is Bryan Tanaka vying for a stake in Mariah Carey's career? That's how at least one person with information about the on-again couple's relationship sees things, according to the New York Post, which claims the 34-year-old is "running and ruining her life." After Mimi cut ties with her former manager Stella Bulochnikov, the Post reported the singer had hired her backup dancer-turned boyfriend to handle her daily business. Now, a source says the staffing change was all part of Bryan's plan. "Bryan is behind the whole split between Mariah and Stella. Bryan believes that he should be the one running Mariah's day-to-day life, and he's been orchestrating Stella's exit for a long time," said the insider. The source acknowledged Stella was not popular among those who had to deal with her regarding the 47-year-old Grammy winner but asserted that "the boyfriend backup dancer definitely isn't the right person to run her career," especially given that Mariah got her start with — and was married to — industry legend Tommy Mottola. Said the source: "This is a full-on Britney-and-Kevin Federline situation. Brian is a backup dancer, and knows nothing about managing an iconic artist." Stella, meanwhile, has been credited with getting Mimi her reality show, her residency in Las Vegas, her tour with Lionel Richie and the Christmas shows she has scheduled before the end of the year. "Mariah is in love with Bryan and is like a schoolgirl around him. He has totally manipulated the situation to take over her life and push out everyone else, and Mariah just can't see it," said the source, who claims the singer is paying Bryan $12,000 a week for his work. According to the Post, Bryan has already gotten rid of Mariah's musical director and one of her lawyers. Whatever's going on with Bryan and Mariah, the management report should probably be taken with a grain of salt. Mariah's spokeswoman Nicole Perna has denied Bryan is handling the singer's day-to-day business. The Post's report also comes after a string of negative, mostly unconfirmed stories about Mariah from the tab, which recently published claims the singer had gastric sleeve surgery after being body-shamed by online commenters, that she sexually harassed a former bodyguard and that she was "a diva about photos" at a party.

Lionel and Sofia Richie make their first public appearance together in months
Friends again? It's been three years since Sofia Richie made a red carpet appearance with her dad, Lionel Richie — and the two haven't been seen in public together at all since the 19-year-old confirmed she's dating Scott Disick, 34, in September. But on Thursday, Nov. 9, Sofia joined her father as he accepted the Recording Artists Inspiration Award at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Patron of the Artists Awards, an honor the singer received for his philanthropic work. "You're gonna kill it tonight!" Sofia, told her dad on Instagram. "So proud of you @lionelrichie .. love you." Last month, a source told People Lionel is highly concerned about her relationship with Scott. "[Lionel] thinks Scott is the worst person she could ever see and that he raised her better than that," said the insider. "He thinks she should have more respect for herself as a young woman. Lionel knows Scott's playboy ways and he doesn't want to see his daughter get hurt." Judging from Sofia's multiple getaways to Mexico with her controversial new man, however, she seems not to be letting her father's opinion of him sway her.

Beyonce, JAY-Z and Solange visit historic New Orleans restaurant Dooky Chase
In recent years, when Beyonce or JAY-Z has reason to visit New Orleans, they travel together. This week was no different. Ahead of Jay's performance at the Smoothie King Center, he joined an Astros jersey-clad Beyonce and her sister, Solange Knowles, who lives in the Crescent City with her husband and son, for a late lunch at the famous soul food spot Dooky Chase. The three posed for a photo with the restaurant's chef, Leah Chase, an icon of southern cooking known for building her family's restaurant into a center for civil rights activity in the '60s — and a star in Bey's New Orleans-shot "Lemonade" video. "Beyonce, Jay Z and Solange came into the restaurant with some assistants," Leah's great granddaughter Emily told Us Weekly. "They got there around 3 p.m. … and stayed for about an hour and a half. The munched on fried chicken, mac and cheese and a creole dessert, amongst a few other things." She added that Bey, Jay and Solange "were really unassuming and nice, very gracious to everyone" and that they hadn't called in advance to let anyone know they were heading that way. "They [were] in a private room, where Leah went and chatted with them. Leah messed with Beyonce about wearing ripped jeans and saying she could afford better clothing, jokingly."
Are Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk already planning for baby No. 2?
Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk's daughter, Lea, could be a big sister in the near future. "Both [Irina] and Bradley want another baby," an insider tells E! News. "They will be trying next year … Irina loves being a mother." The couple, who welcomed their daughter in March, are reportedly both hands-on when it comes to parenting. "They both work together with their baby and are really the most loving and warm parents," says the source. Despite having a baby, the couple also still finds time for date nights, thanks in part to Bradley and Irina's moms, both of whom reportedly help out with child care. "The spark between them is still very strong," the source says of the new parents. "Bradley is crazy for Irina. He's madly in love with her."
Megan Fox on having a fourth baby: 'My body would 'fall apart'
With three boys at home — plus Brian Austin Green — Megan Fox's house is not exactly a palace of zen. That's unfortunate for Megan and Brian's 1-year-old son, Journey, who apparently would prefer a little more low-key behavior from his brothers, Noah and Bodhi. "[Journey]'s just very calm and kind, and then my older two are wild beasts and they're always fighting," Megan recently told "Extra." "Everything is a weapon. You can't have forks, forks are weapons … They're always trying to kill each other, and it's so stressful 'cause the baby gets stressed out cause he doesn't understand what's going on." As the three little ones work out the kinks of siblinghood, Megan says she can't rule out adding a fourth baby to the crew. "None of them are planned, so I can't tell you if I'm done," she said. That said, she's also not sure she could physically handle having a fourth child. "My body is barely holding itself together. It's, like, stitched together with bubblegum and Scotch tape," Megan joked. "It's gonna fall apart if I have another one."
Chrissy Teigen tries to boycott Twitter's new character count
Sorry, Donald Trump. Chrissy Teigen's Twitter boycott didn't last too long. On Tuesday, Nov. 7, after Twitter announced it was doubling the character count for tweets from 140 to 280, one of its most famous (and most hilarious) users spoke out against the change. Sort of. "I will NEVER use 280 characters nor will I favorite or retweet a tweet with them. THIS IS MY FIGHT SONG," tweeted Chrissy, whose Twitter feed alternates between Trump disses, food porn and loving posts about her daughter, Luna, and husband John Legend. Alas, she soon gave up the boycott and returned to tweeting about politics. It was election day, after all, and the proud Democrat had plenty to be happy about given the results across the country. "I'm horrible at fighting the system," she added. "That was like…a two hour boycott."
Jason Momoa carried a torch for Lisa Bonet from the time he was 8
Should you need your faith in kismet restored — or if you just need a good stalker-turned-husband story — look no further than Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet. The painfully pretty couple wed legally — after a non-binding wedding in 2007 — last month and during Jason's recent appearance on "The Late Late Show," he admitted marrying the 49-year-old star was a dream come true. No, really. "Ever since I was 8 years old and I saw her on TV, I was like, 'Mommy, I want that one!'" said Jason, 38, after telling James Corden they's "finally" tied the knot (via E! News). He went on to reveal his life-long crush was borderline obsessive. "I'm like, 'I'm going to stalk you for the rest of my life and I'm going to get you.' I am a full-fledged stalker. I didn't tell her that until we had two babies [Lola, 10, and Nakoa-Wolf, 8]; otherwise, I'd be creepy and weird. I've always wanted to meet her. She was a queen," he said. Jason recalled that when he met Lisa at a jazz club more than 10 years ago, he was still so into her, his crush had influenced his style. "We just happened to be in the right place at the right time," said the "Justice League" star. "I actually had dreaded my hair just for her. I had huge dreadlocks, she had dreadlocks, and I literally turned around and I see her and I'm just [in shock]. She's like, 'I'm Lisa.' I turned around to my friend and I [pretended to scream]. I had f—– fireworks going off inside, man. I convinced her to take me home, because I was living in a hotel." They ate a meal together at Cafe 101 and apparently that sealed the deal. "We sat down, She ordered a Guinness—and that was it," he said. "We had Guinness and grits, and the rest is history."
Scott Disick probably won't be in the Kardashian Christmas card this year
Looks like Scott Disick won't make it into the Kardashian family holiday card this year. E! News reports Scott, who shares three kids, Penelope, Mason and Reign, with Kourtney Kardashian, was spotted hanging out in Malibu with his new girlfriend Sofia Richie on Tuesday, Nov. 6 — the same day the rest of the family was shooting their annual card at Milk Studios in Los Angeles. According to E!, Kanye West appeared to have been the only non-blood relative in the card. Caitlyn Jenner, who recently admitted she no longer speaks to the Kardashians, seemed not to have been included. As for Scott, an insider told TMZ last month that Kourtney didn't mind that Scott, 34, was dating 19-year-old Sofia. A source told E! Kourtney simply "did not feel that Scott should be included in the family Christmas card this year."
Kim Kardashian's 2014 car accident case dismissed
Good news for Kim Kardashian West! Kim is reportedly off the hook for a 2014 fender bender on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles involving a motorist who seemed ready to go after her deep pockets. According to TMZ, Rafael Linares told authorities he suffered multiple injuries when his vehicle collided with Kim's G-Wagon. He reportedly wanted help paying for medical care as well as car repairs, despite Kim's claims he only had "minimal" damage. The two reportedly settled through their insurance companies, leaving Kim free from debt in the case.
Celebrities react to sexual misconduct allegations about Louis C.K.
Another day, another revelation about alleged sexual impropriety in Hollywood … Amid sexual misconduct allegations from five women against Louis C.K., comics and others in Hollywood took to Twitter to voice their concern about the matter. "Gentlemen, comedy is often inappropriate," Jason Alexander tweeted (via ET). "It is sometimes daring and audacious and shocking. But our behavior, in the real world, toward women–that doesn't get a pass on inappropriate." Stephen Colbert announced the "Louie" star's planned "I Love You, Daddy" promotional appearance had been canceled from his show after the allegations surfaced, while Marc Maron announced he would speak in longer form about the matter in a format outside of social media. "I've been friends with Louis CK for a long time. I read the article and none of it is good. I'll have more to say about it on my own show and not a s—– platform like Twitter," Marc tweeted. Zoe Kazan, meanwhile, had this to say: "Condolences, straight white dudes."
