Blac Chyna reportedly doesn't want Rob Kardashian's money, but she wants him to shut his mouth.
Chyna's attorney, Lisa Bloom, will be in court on July 10 to try and obtain a restraining order against Rob on behalf of her client, she said on July 7 in a tweet.
"I represent Blac Chyna," Lisa tweeted. "I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we'll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him. More to come."
It's believed that Lisa will ask a judge to issue an order that will not only keep the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star at least 100 yards away from Chyna, but she'll also demand that he stop posting nude and intimate photos of his baby mama, as he was doing earlier this week.
If granted, TMZ said that restraining order would prohibit Rob from "harassing or annoying" Chyna.
Lisa told the website that Rob is a "cyberbully" and that he "needs to back off."
Things between Rob and Chyna took a real turn this week when he took to social media on July 5 and accused her of cheating, drug use, only being with him to get back at another ex, Tyga, and even lying about how she lost weight after giving birth to daughter Dream last year (he says he paid $100,000 for her plastic surgery procedures).
He also posted several graphic naked pictures of her on Instagram (twice!), which were taken down by Instagram (twice!) before the site suspended his account. He then did the same on Twitter (which removed the naked shots too).
He said he was putting everything on blast because he was disrespected.
Chyna responded with claims Rob had been abusive to her and there were reports that he could be charged with revenge porn for posted the named images of Chyna.
Earlier on July 7, TMZ said that Rob had cut off Chyna financially and that she was ok with that. The website said Chyna voluntarily handed over the two cars and jewelry he bought her and is "fine" paying rent for her home.
The same report indicated that Chyna likely won't fight Rob for custody of their daughter, and she has no plans to go to court for child support.
